GE IS200SSCAH2AGD Serial Communication I/O Terminal Board

The GE IS200SSCAH2AGD is a serial communication I/O termination board for the Mark VI series, providing serial communication capabilities for industrial control systems. It has 6 communication channels that can send RS-232C, RS-485, or RS-422 signals and is compatible with PSCA I/O components that connect to the controller via Ethernet and plug into a DC-37 pin connector. Flexible mounting options include mounting on a DIN rail with a metal bracket and plastic insulator or bolting directly into a cabinet, using 18 AWG shielded twisted pair wiring and a 48-terminal right-angle plug.

Flexible Configuration: Terminal resistors are selected via jumpers (JP1A-JP6A, JP1B-JP6B), and JP1R-JP6R determine the relationship of the return type to SCOM.

Diagnostic function: Contains a read-only ID chip that stores information such as the board serial number and type, which the PSCA component can query to detect hardware compatibility.

Structural design: The long side has a 37-pin female cable connector and a read-only memory chip U1, and the opposite side has a 48-bit terminal block, with conductive holes and circular cutouts on both sides for easy installation.
